  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation

  • Orders are processed on weekdays only (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays

  • Customers will receive a shipping confirmation once the order has been dispatched


2. Shipping Method & Courier

  • Orders are shipped via trusted local courier services

  • Courier selection may vary depending on location and availability

  • Tracking numbers will be provided once the order is shipped


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • West Malaysia: 1–3 working days

  • East Malaysia: 3–7 working days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable

  • Any additional charges (e.g. remote area fees) are determined by the courier


5. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before checkout

  • By Saraharis is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment


6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item with clear photos

  • For lost parcels, we will assist in liaising with the courier, but resolution depends on courier investigations
